About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and trust.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into clear brand and marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, media, performance, video, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Track campaign performance and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity.
- Prepare regular reports, presentations, and performance reviews for clients.
- Share insights, recommendations, and improvement plans based on campaign data.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope of work.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
- Handle client feedback,



concerns, and escalations professionally.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Brand Management, or Account Management.:
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing / Advertising / Creative Agency preferred.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing campaigns and brand strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
