About the Role:
- You will perform end-to-end quality assurance checks on computer-based examinations using Pearson proprietary tools, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and compliance with defined quality standards.- You will conduct comprehensive testing of exam functionality, navigation, scoring, and user experience, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and are ready for successful deployment.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality concerns, provide detailed feedback, and support the timely resolution of defects while maintaining accurate project documentation.
