Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Management: Independently manage the complete lifecycle of BMS projects from initiation to commissioning and handover.Planning & Scheduling: Prepare detailed project plans, resource allocation schedules, and milestones to ensure timely execution.Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Technical Oversight: Ensure correct design, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems as per specifications.Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.Quality & Compliance: Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and contractual obligations.Budget & Cost Control: Track project expenses, manage change orders, and ensure profitability of projects.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.Reporting: Provide regular project progress reports to management and clients.





Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related field.Experience: Minimum 3-7 years in BMS project execution, with at least 1 year in a Project Manager role.Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale BMS projects independently.Strong understanding of BMS hardware, software, integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks) and control systems.Experience in working with OEMs, contractors, and consultants.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
