New Product Development (NPD) Manager - Personal Care

Experience: 7+ Years

We are looking for a passionate and innovative New Product Development (NPD) Manager to join our Personal Care division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end new product development from concept to market launch.
- Develop and improve formulations for skincare, haircare, body care, and hygiene products.
- Execute formulation trials, stability testing, and product validation.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory, Packaging, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
- Support pilot batches, scale-up activities, and successful commercialization.
- Ensure products comply with quality and regulatory standards.
- Track industry trends, emerging ingredients, and consumer preferences to develop creative products.

Requirements:




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in New Product Development within the Personal Care/Cosmetics industry.
- Strong expertise in cosmetic formulations, product development, commercialization, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
