About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Promoters in Bangalore. This is an on-ground role where you will interact with consumers, create product awareness, and support promotional campaigns at assigned locations.

Responsibilities
- Interact with consumers and introduce products and offers.
- Explain product features and benefits in a straightforward and engaging manner.
- Encourage customer participation in promotional activities.
- Collect customer feedback and responses.
- Support campaign execution and brand awareness initiatives.
- Share daily activity updates with the reporting supervisor.

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, or English.
- Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work on the field.




- Smartphone required for communication and reporting.
- Prior experience in promotions, field marketing, events, customer engagement, retail, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
