Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities, markets, and distribution channels.
- Drive market expansion and increase product penetration across assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to formulate effective sales plans.

Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and organizational sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, training, and development support.
- Foster a high-performance and result-oriented sales culture.

Distributor & Channel Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure effective distribution, product availability, and market coverage.




- Monitor distributor performance and implement corrective measures where required.

Sales Operations & Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic business reports.
- Analyze sales performance data and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.
- 6-8 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, including sales team management, distributor handling, channel development, and business expansion.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG market dynamics, distribution networks, retail sales operations, and sales planning.
