Job Summary
The Estimation Engineer - RCC will be responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender documentation for RCC and structural works of high-rise residential projects. The role requires robust technical knowledge of structural drawings, cost estimation, and commercial evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from RCC drawings.
- Estimate costs for RCC works including concrete, reinforcement steel, shuttering, excavation, and foundation works.
- Prepare detailed rate analysis and cost comparisons.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Contracts, and Project teams.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Assist in budgeting, value engineering, and cost optimization.
- Maintain estimation records and MIS reports.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience
- 4-8 years in RCC estimation for High-Rise Residential Building Projects.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
