We are looking for an experienced CAE Analyst with 4-6 years of experience and robust expertise in Brake NVH and Durability analysis, structural simulation, and vibration engineering to support engineering workflows in Chennai

Key Responsibilities
- Perform brake NVH work including model preparation, Complex Eigenvalue Analysis (CEA) for moan/squeal, and force-to-body transmissibility
- Conduct NVH/Durability simulations for disc and drum brakes using Abaqus or Nastran
- Identify root causes of undesired vibrations and suggest effective countermeasures for performance improvement
- Correlate simulation results with vehicle and dynamometer test data to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with design and testing teams to develop cost-effective, optimal brake solutions

- Knowledge of automotive brake system development, from virtual modeling to manufacturing constraints
- Ability to translate simulation data into actionable design recommendations for cross-functional teams
