Key Responsibilities
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs (Canada, Australia, Germany, UK, Europe, etc.).
- Explain visa processes, eligibility, documentation, timelines, and company services.
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face consultations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into enrollments.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams for seamless onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on immigration programs, policies, and industry trends.
- 1-5 years of experience in Immigration Sales, Visa Consultancy, Education Consultancy, BFSI, Real Estate, Telesales, or Customer Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.




- Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- Basic knowledge of immigration programs is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
