Key Responsibilities

ERP Management (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Manage, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Business Central / NAV / AX as applicable)
- Oversee ERP implementation, customization, upgrades, and integrations
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, system availability, and optimal performance
- Train users and prepare ERP documentation and SOPs

IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Manage overall IT infrastructure including servers, networks, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Oversee hardware procurement, installation, maintenance, and lifecycle management
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and cybersecurity risks

Software & Applications
- Manage business software including ERP, CRM, accounting tools, HRMS, and productivity tools
- Evaluate and implement recent software solutions as per business requirements




- Ensure license compliance and software updates

Security & Compliance
- Implement IT security policies, data protection, and access controls
- Manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and system audits
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and regulatory requirements

Team & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with internal users for IT support and troubleshooting
- Manage external IT vendors, AMC partners, and service providers
- Act as the single point of contact for all IT and ERP-related matters
- Experience in manufacturing / trading / distribution industry (if applicable)
- ERP certifications (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience managing IT teams or multiple locations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
