Title: Senior Social Media Manager

Location: Onsite - Aliganj, Lucknow

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)

Job Summary:
This role requires a mix of creativity, analytics, leadership, and deep understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Lead content planning, creation, and execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Oversee daily social media operations — posting schedules, community engagement, and audience interaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights for growth.
- Manage and mentor junior team members or interns to maintain consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams for cohesive brand storytelling.
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to boost reach and engagement.




- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Build influencer collaborations and partnerships for organic brand visibility.
- Prepare monthly social media performance and strategy reports for management.

Requirements:
- Proven 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and creative thinking skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Canva/Photoshop.
- Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to conceptualize viral campaigns and manage end-to-end execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
