We’re looking for 2 enthusiastic volunteers to help us manage a one-day music experience event by Udukku, an online music learning platform.

This is a one-day, on-ground role suited for someone who is confident, communicative, and comfortable interacting with people.

Full-day availability required (approx. 3 pm - 9 pm)

Role Responsibilities
- Welcoming attendees and guiding them through the event
- Answering basic questions about the event and Udukku (training will be provided)
- Assisting with activity flow and on-ground coordination
- Handling miscellaneous tasks as needed during the day
- Being a point of contact at the venue and ensuring things run smoothly

Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi:
- Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking to current people
- Responsible and comfortable handling multiple small tasks
- Based in Jaipur and available for the full day on 21st June
- Prior event or volunteering experience is a plus, but not mandatory
