We are looking for a production Manager that has excellent multitasking abilities. The production manager is responsible for increasing productivity with innovative methods and motivating staff to perform better.

To be successful as a production manager you must be goal-oriented and methodical. A positive production Manager keeps up to date with new innovations in production and ensures that health and safety laws are followed.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end production, planning and control
- Evaluate production efficiency and handle manpower at the factory level.
- Determine the quality of goods before dispatch.
- A degree in any engineering or related field/CIPET/PPO/ITI
- 4-7 years of manufacturing experience especially in the plastic or drip industry.




- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:
- Diploma (preferred)

Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
