Job Description:
Ai4 Imaging and Indexing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Process Leader - Title Indexing to lead Title Indexing operations in the US Mortgage & Title domain. If you have strong Title indexing expertise and leadership skills, we would like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Title Indexing teams

Robust knowledge of US Title documents

Monitor productivity, accuracy, TAT, and quality metrics

Ensure compliance with client-specific indexing guidelines

Perform quality reviews and support audit activities

Analyze errors and implement corrective actions

Prepare MIS and productivity reports

Train, mentor, and support team members

Requirements:
Any Graduate

2-5 years of experience in US Mortgage/Title Indexing

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Experience in handling complex Title Indexing scenarios

Shift Timings:
Rotational Shifts (6 AM-2 PM / 2 PM-10 PM / 10 PM-6 AM)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
