We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Executive to join our US Process team. The role involves connecting with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and offering website and digital solutions that help grow their online presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Identify customer requirements and present suitable website solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting.
- Build rapport with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Update CRM with accurate customer and sales information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:




- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in International Sales, Website Sales, Telesales, BPO Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US Process).
- Basic knowledge of websites and digital services is an advantage.
