Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics for raw materials, parts, and finished buses.
- Implement and sustain 5S and Six Sigma practices to ensure warehouse efficiency and process improvements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic audits, physical stock verification, and FIFO/LIFO practices.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to maintain productivity, discipline, and safety compliance.
- Ensure timely material availability to support production schedules and dispatch timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to optimize material flow.
- Enforce safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance within the warehouse premises.




- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in warehousing within a manufacturing setup, preferably automotive or bus manufacturing.
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) and hands-on experience in 5S implementation.
- Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP Systems and MS Office tools.
- Analytical thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and lean operations.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment and industrial safety standards.
