Job description:
We are an outsourcing company working for clients based around the Globe. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a wide degree of creativity, near and long-term recruiting vision, and business understanding to join our Talent Research Team. You must be willing to work Australian business hours i.e. Morning Shift and should have excellent English communication skills.

B.tech/ M.tech/ B.E. graduates and postgraduates are preferred

Responsibilities and Duties
- Understanding the Job description (JD) Sourcing, Screening & shortlisting the CVs as per the JD's.
- Coordinate and allocate nursing and healthcare staff based on client requirements, staff availability, and skill sets.
- Manage last-minute roster changes, staff absences, and scheduling conflicts efficiently.
- Maintain staffing continuity and ensure facilities are always appropriately resourced.
- Monitor and maintain compliance records, including licenses, certifications, and mandatory training requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and facility managers.




- Resolve staffing challenges quickly and professionally while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Working Hours
- Standard shift: 12:30 AM - 9:30 AM or 1:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
- Weekend coverage may be required on a rotational basis.
