This person will collaborate and work closely with the EDPS product, engineering, and implementation teams to meet roadmap and recent initiative commitments. This involves understanding the requirements thoroughly, gauging impact on current modules/functionalities and supporting the delivery of technical initiatives with focus on quality assurance and bug free deliverables, within specific timeframes and budgets.

Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to understand and translate business requirements into solutions that will delight the customer and improve internal processes.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials. Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
