Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand growth.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimize strategies to improve ROI.
- Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to identify trends and implement current strategies.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth execution of end-to-end digital marketing activities.
- Develop and implement monthly growth plans for clients and internal projects.
- Handle website management and coordination for website development (including WordPress and basic HTML understanding).
- Coordinate with internal teams including graphic designers, video editors, and external stakeholders such as influencers.
- Manage and optimize the use of digital marketing tools and internal agency tools.




- Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and deliverables efficiently.
- Manage WhatsApp API automation and execute end-to-end webinar operations including setup, communication, and performance tracking.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the digital marketing team (prior team handling experience is an advantage).

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a specialization in Digital Marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in B2B industry).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience in webinar setup, e-commerce marketing, remarketing and custom audience targeting.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
