_ Key Responsibilities:_
- Ability to reduce the delivery costs and maintain service levels (avoid dry runs at stations).
- Improving the Time ARB opportunities and chasing the Geographical ARB throughout the year
- Focusing on lifting compliance to achieve higher operational standards.
- Optimization of fuel delivery across the network to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Coaching and training team on the planning quality standards and drive continuous improvement within the team
- Managing and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
- Responsible for identifying talents within the team and their plans for succession.

_Job Requirements:_
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience working as a Senior Planner or Distribution Planner in Circle K.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.




- Demonstrates solid communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to perform well under pressure.

_ Application Process:_

The presentation should be limited to 5-7 slides and should cover the following areas:
- Understanding of the key responsibilities and expectations of a distribution planning manager.
- Proposed 30-60-90 day plan for successfully transitioning into the role.
- Approach to supporting the team in achieving FY27 business and team goals.
- Proposal for an improvement project, including the objective, implementation approach, key steps, and estimated timeline.
