JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive - Branch Audit & Operations

COMPANY: MAC Aesthetic Clinic

LOCATION: Multiple Branches (Travel Required)

SALARY: ₹30,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Other Approved Expenses

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for visiting all company branches, conducting operational audits, monitoring business performance, identifying gaps, ensuring compliance with company standards, and submitting detailed audit reports to management. The role requires extensive travel and solid analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Auditing & Compliance
- Visit assigned branches as per the audit schedule.
- Conduct operational, administrative, and process audits.
- Verify adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Identify gaps in branch performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Business Performance Review
- Review branch sales performance and target achievement.
- Analyze walk-ins,



conversions, revenue generation, and client retention.
- Monitor pending payments, lead management, and follow-up processes.
- Evaluate staff productivity and branch efficiency.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare detailed branch audit reports after every visit.
- Submit findings, observations, and recommendations to management.
- Maintain records of branch visits and audit outcomes.
- Highlight critical issues requiring immediate attention.

Staff & Operations Monitoring
- Evaluate staff performance, attendance, and customer service standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, inventory, and clinic facilities.
- Monitor implementation of management directives and action plans.
- Conduct discussions with branch teams to understand operational challenges.

Business Development Support
- Identify opportunities to improve branch performance and profitability.
