Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (SMEs, manufacturers, service companies) to introduce ERP solutions.
- Handle inbound inquiries generated through website, ads, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and ERP needs.
- Schedule demo calls/meetings for the sales or functional consultant team.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.

Digital Marketing Coordination
- Handle and respond to leads from Google Ads, LinkedIn, and website forms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and customer requirements.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing ability.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems or business software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead handling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.




- Good written and verbal communication (English & Hindi).
- Ability to understand business processes (Sales, Inventory, Accounts - basic level).

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, or equivalent preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or digital marketing.
- Experience in ERP/software sales or IT services is a strong advantage.
