Job Description:
Job Title: Accountant:
Work Location: Adajan, Surat, Gujarat
Work Type: Full-Time | In-Office
Experience Required: 2 to 5+ Years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( 5.5 days)
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting entries and payment processing
- Handle salary processing, vendor payments, and expense claims
- Prepare client billing, payment follow-ups, and ledger reconciliation
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliance filings
- Coordinate with CA, CS, auditors, banks, and vendors
- Maintain financial records and prepare management reports




- Support internal audits, statutory audits, and ROC compliance activities
- Ensure proper documentation and accounting accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- ✔ Practical experience in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC & Qualified Tax (PT)
- ✔ Excellent reconciliation and accounting skills
- ✔ Good communication and coordination abilities
- ✔ Strong follow-up and documentation skills
- ✔ Honest, professional, and detail-oriented approach
- ✔ Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
