Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for CNC Turning, VMC, and HMC machines.
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, fixture setting, and prove-out of recent jobs.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining requirements.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, holders, and fixtures.
- Optimize machining parameters and cycle times to improve productivity.
- Conduct first-off inspection and support in-process quality checks.
- Troubleshoot programming, tooling, machine, and process-related issues.
- Monitor production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production departments.
- Maintain setup sheets, process documentation, and production records.




- Implement 5S, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in CNC Turning, VMC, and HMC machine programming and setup.
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or equivalent CNC controls.
- Proficiency in G-Code, M-Code, tooling selection, and machining processes.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Solid CAM, Fusion 360, NX, or similar.
- Knowledge of fixture development and tool optimization.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen practices.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
