Job Title: Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process (FinTech)

Location: Indore.

Experience Required
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound voice support.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Deliver accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with a high level of fluency.
- Clear pronunciation and strong grammar skills.
- Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Work Schedule
- 5 working days per week
- 9.5-hour shift (including 8.5 hours of login time)

Salary
- Freshers: ₹28,000 CTC per month + Performance-Linked Incentive (PLI) of ₹2,000
- Experienced: Up to ₹43,000 CTC per month + Performance-Linked Incentive (PLI) of ₹2,000 (based on relevant experience and interview performance)

Relocation Support
- One-way travel ticket
- Hotel accommodation for up to 10 days
- Relocation bonus after successful completion of 3 months of employment
- Have excellent English communication skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
