Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and document functional differences between our software and other CAD platforms.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Technical Support:
- Provide first-line technical support to clients and internal users.Assist users in troubleshooting installation, licensing, and usage-related issues.Offer guidance on transitioning from AutoCAD or other CAD tools to our software.Stay up-to-date with the latest AutoCAD software updates and industry standards
