About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, and security functions.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMC, repairs, and procurement of facility supplies.
- Manage asset tracking, inventory, and ensure timely maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.
- Supervise housekeeping and support staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations; coordinate audits and inspections.
- Handle facility-related budgets, invoices, and vendor payment follow-ups.
- Manage office administration tasks such as space planning, seating arrangements, and stationery/supplies management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for event setups, meeting room arrangements, and employee support requests.
- Maintain records related to facility operations, AMC contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Address and resolve facility-related issues/complaints promptly to ensure mínimal disruption.




- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and utilities.
- Manage and oversee both technical facility operations (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, STP, lifts, fire safety systems, etc.) and non-technical facility operations (housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping, waste management, pantry, and office administration) to ensure effective facility management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Facility Management, Office Administration, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of both technical and non-technical facility management.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, housekeeping supervision, asset management practices, and technical maintenance coordination.
- Good understanding of safety and compliance standards relevant to facility operations.
