How you'll make an impact:
- Responsibilities:
- Codes in relevant languages.
- Manages a team of Professionals, more senior level Support staff, larger group of off-shore/contract resources or some combination of these groups.
- May have supervisors reporting to them.

Responsibilities typically include:
- Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
- Handling problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.




- Ensuring compliance policies, and procedures are understood and followed.

About you:
- Qualifications:
- University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

Preferred:
- App development/programming
- Database design
- System architecture & integration
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Root cause analysis
- Product development management
- Product portfolio management.
