Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track tasks assigned to different teams and departments.
- Follow up regularly with team members to ensure timely completion of work.
- Collect daily/weekly updates from teams and prepare status reports for leadership.
- Manage and maintain leadership calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Organize internal meetings, prepare agendas, and record action items.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and operational teams.
- Maintain records, documents, and reports related to operations and administrative activities.
- Assist leadership with administrative and coordination tasks as required.
- Monitor pending tasks and escalate delays or issues when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or Administrative Executive.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong follow-up and task management abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in the automotive, spare parts, or industrial sector.
- Familiarity with task-tracking or project-management tools is an advantage.
