Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder and Now Experience Framework.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable UI solutions.
- Configure and customize Playbooks to improve user productivity and business process automation.

- Develop client-side logic using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
- Implement UI/UX best practices to enhance usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Troubleshoot UI rendering, client scripting, Playbook configurations, and platform-related issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, design documents, and user manuals.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
- Stay current with new ServiceNow releases, Now Experience enhancements,



and UI Builder capabilities.

Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.
- Strong experience developing ServiceNow Playbooks.
- Good understanding of Now Experience Framework.
- Robust knowledge of:
- JavaScript
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Experience with:
