We are looking for a DCDP - Continental at Back to Source.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes as per recipes and standards.
- Ensure proper mise en place and kitchen readiness before service.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Support senior chefs during food preparation and service.
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
