About us:
Focus Elixir is a founder-led D2C brand building India's first focus shot. We want to move fast and make things — raw and real beating polished and late. If you already shoot, edit, and post for fun, here's your shot to do it for a brand with something real to say.

Your Role:
You're the face and the hands behind how Focus Elixir shows up online. You'll shoot it, edit it, post it, and talk to the people who reply. You'll work directly with the founder, own the content calendar, and keep the brand sounding like itself across every platform. This is a make-stuff role, not a strategy-deck role — though you'll have real input on what we make.

What you'll do

Create content
- Shoot reels — in-office, at pop-ups, behind-the-scenes, and VOX POP (street interviews)
- Be comfortable on camera and behind it
- Edit reels (basic editing — CapCut / Premiere / Reels,



whatever you're fast in)
- Help shoot founder content and write the scripts for it

Publish & schedule
- Post and schedule content across multiple platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and wherever else the brand lives
- Own and manage the content calendar so nothing goes quiet

Community
- Reply to DMs and comments _as Focus Elixir_ — rapid, on-brand, never robotic
- Flag any issues, trends, or fires early

Creators & influencers
- Help manage and coordinate UGC creators and influencer partnerships — briefs, follow-ups, deliverables

Must Haves
- A real portfolio — reels you've shot and edited, accounts you've run, on-camera samples. (This matters more than your degree.)
- Comfortable on camera — outspoken, presentable, can carry a VOX POP without freezing
- Basic video editing for short-form (CapCut / Premiere / similar)
- Strong communicator with a genuine sense of humour and a feel for what makes con
