Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, and distributors.
- Introduce company products and services to potential customers.
- Generate new leads and maintain customer database.
- Follow up with existing clients for orders and feedback.
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
- Handle customer queries and maintain valuable client relationships.
- Prepare daily call reports and update CRM/Excel records.
- Support sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
