Role: Google & Meta Ads Executive

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

Develop effective campaign strategies to drive leads, sales, website traffic, and brand awareness.

Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.

Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on investment.

Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.

Set up and monitor conversion tracking through Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI).

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Identify scaling opportunities and implement growth strategies across client accounts.

Coordinate with design, content, SEO,



and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Stay updated with the latest platform updates, advertising policies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Strong expertise in Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.

Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram lead generation, conversion, and engagement campaigns.

Strong understanding of PPC advertising, bidding strategies, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI).

Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.

Robust communication, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
