Production Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations and ensure productive execution of production activities. The role involves planning, coordinating, and optimizing production processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Operations
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer and business requirements.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and production resources.
- Monitor production performance and resolve bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams for smooth production flow.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor,



and develop production supervisors and shop-floor teams.
- Allocate work, monitor productivity, and drive a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and skill development programs.

Continuous Improvement
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and 5S initiatives across the plant.:
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.:
- Implement process improvements and automation initiatives wherever feasible.

Quality & Process Control
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, SOPs, and quality standards.:
- Partner with Quality teams to improve First Pass Yield (FPY), reduce rejections, and minimize rework.:
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
