About the Role

While hands-on knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing is important, the primary focus of this role is marketing strategy, demand generation, brand building, and revenue-focused marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Plan quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and growth channels.

Business & Sales Alignment
- Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to understand customer needs and improve lead quality.
- Build marketing campaigns that support the sales pipeline and improve conversions.
- Understand customer journeys and optimize marketing touchpoints.

Lead Generation & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Drive inbound marketing initiatives to generate qualified B2B leads.




- Explore new channels and partnerships for business growth.

Brand Marketing
- Strengthen the company's positioning across digital platforms.
- Build thought leadership through LinkedIn, blogs, case studies, webinars, and industry events.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities.

Campaign Planning
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and development teams for campaign execution.
- Track campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize performance.

Digital Marketing
- Possess a robust understanding of SEO fundamentals, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and content marketing.
- Work with internal teams or agencies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor website traffic, user engagement, and digital performance metrics.

Analytics & Reporting
- Measure campaign success using Google Analytics (GA4), Search C
