We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Agency Channel to build, train, and lead a strong team of insurance agents.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit & develop a team of Business Associates
- Train, mentor & motivate agents to achieve sales targets
- Plan & monitor sales activities
- Build strong customer & agent relationships




- Promote company products and ensure quality service

Qualifications
- Experience in sales or team handling (insurance preferred)
- Solid communication & leadership skills
- Ability to plan, motivate & deliver results
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Insurance certifications are a plus)

CTC - 2.5 to 5.5 LPA ( Depend on Last CTC)
