Position: Academic coordinator

Location: Sri Ram Nagar, Old Town, Bhubaneswar, Khordha, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, Odisha - 751002

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Academic Coordinator to lead our Pre-primary school with confidence, care, and strong academic vision. The role involves managing day-to-day school operations, guiding teachers, overseeing curriculum delivery, and maintaining effective communication with parents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and administrative leadership
- Supervise and mentor teaching staff
- Ensure quality teaching and student development
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and disciplined school environment
- Coordinate with parents and school management
- Counsel the Parents for Admissions and guide them through the process.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Education (ECCE/N.T.T./B.Ed)
- Minimum 2 years of pre-primary teaching experience
- Solid leadership and communication skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
