Job Profile:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientations for new hires.:
- Help in HR Policy dissemination and educate employees on company policies and procedures.:
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records in both physical and digital formats.:
- Provide support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.:
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to address HR inquiries and issues.:
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations for senior management.:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and suggest creative practices.
