Job Description:
1. Hardware & System Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, servers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty hardware components, including motherboards, processors, RAM, and storage devices.
- Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage hardware upgrades.

2. Server Management & Administration:
- Deploy, configure, and monitor physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux).
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and user authentication.
- Perform regular system backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor server performance, uptime, and security vulnerabilities.

3. Network & Security Support:
- Install and configure network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).




- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize performance.
- Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
- Ensure system security through antivirus management, patch updates, and firewall policies.

4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide first-line and second-line IT support for users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist in software installations, updates, and system configurations.
- Maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedures and resolutions.

5. Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure IT infrastructure aligns with industry standards and security best practices.
- Develop and enforce IT policies for data protection and system usage.
- Stay updated on the latest hardware, server, and security technologies.

6. Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage all vendor-related coordination and communication.
- Oversee administrative tasks during functions/eve
