Position: State Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Tamil Speaking is mandatory.
- Oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations and field activities.
- Monitor branch operations, productivity, and process compliance.
- Coordinate with production units, teams and vendors (when required)
- Ensure smooth execution of operational plans across assigned locations.
- Monitor inventory movement, dispatch coordination, and other operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational updates, and performance analysis of the branches.
- Support manpower coordination, team supervision,



and process improvements.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any stream
- 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing operations/coordination
- Experience in multi-location operations management preferred
- Strong leadership, reporting, and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the state
