HR Executive - Factory

Reporting To

Factory HR Manager / Plant Head

Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations at the factory, ensuring smooth workforce management, compliance with labor laws, employee engagement, attendance and payroll coordination, recruitment, and maintaining a positive work workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Attendance & Payroll Support
- Employee Relations
- Statutory Compliance
- Performance & Training.
- HR Administration

Experience
- 5-10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce is preferred.

Skills Required
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
