Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations at project sites.
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of MEP works.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
- Prepare project reports, material requisitions, and progress documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.
- Manage vendors and subcontractors for MEP-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,



Electrical Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP engineering and project execution.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing systems, fire fighting systems, and building services.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Understanding of MEP design coordination and site execution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
