Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan, manage, and maintain the content calendar across all platforms.
- Research industry trends, competitor content, and emerging social media opportunities.
- Brainstorm and present creative campaign ideas, content pillars, and growth strategies.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and copywriters to ensure timely content production.
- Write engaging captions and optimize posts with relevant hashtags and keywords.
- Publish and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor engagement by responding to comments, messages,



and community interactions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management.
- Robust knowledge of major social media platforms and current trends.
- Excellent copywriting, and organizational skills.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
