Job Overview

Essential Functions
- Plans, conducts and coordinates the design of state-of-the-art data model designs and metadata management.
- Assists with creating and maintaining enterprise-wide data standards.
- Assists with the implementation of metadata management tools.
- Facilitates formal and informal discussions to support database designs.
- Participates in the implementation and management of the global metadata repository.
- Identifies metadata sources, develops metadata management capabilities, monitors metadata quality, and develops common data definitions.
- Coordinates testing and documentation of the global metadata repository and conducts user interviews to gather metadata requirements to insure business requirements are met.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience

- Database systems knowledge with a minimum of five (5) years IT with two (2) years experience in the data administration area. Req
