Job Description - Senior Accounts Executive (Construction/Civil Industry)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process vendor, subcontractor, and contractor bills and ensure timely payments.
- Verify purchase invoices, work orders, measurement sheets, and payment documents.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data and coordinate timely filings.
- Record accounting entries in Tally ERP and ERP software.
- Maintain project-wise cost records and expense tracking.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow reports, and financial statements.
- Coordinate with Purchase,



Projects, Contracts, and Site teams regarding billing and payments.
- Assist in monthly and annual book closing and support statutory and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of experience in the Construction/Civil/Real Estate industry is mandatory.:
- Robust knowledge of Tally ERP, ERP systems, and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, contractor billing, vendor payments, and project accounting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience handling accounts for high-rise residential or commercial construction projects.
