Hiring Alert | General Manager - Spark by Hilton | Nashik

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the launch and operations of Spark by Hilton, a premium economy hotel in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and support functions
- Drive guest satisfaction and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Manage revenue, budgets, forecasting, and profitability
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Collaborate with corporate, ownership, and local stakeholders to achieve business objectives

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (MBA preferred)




10-12 years of hospitality experience with 3-5 years in a Hotel Manager/GM role
Experience with international hotel brands preferred
Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
