About Us:
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks, testing, and audits to ensure software deliverables meet defined quality standards.
- Develop and execute quality assurance processes and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Maintain documentation related to testing procedures, quality reports, and audit findings.
- Monitor and improve quality management processes and standards.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback to improve product quality.
- Ensure timely reporting and communication of testing progress and quality metrics.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.




- Familiarity with quality management systems, testing methodologies, and QA tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in software testing or quality assurance within an IT/software company.
- Knowledge of manual testing and basic understanding of automation testing concepts.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies is a plus.
