Responsibilities:
Lead end to end functional design across SAP waste management customer care services service contracts work management energy data management device management and billing to deliver integrated utilities processes that run reliably and efficiently for clients in a hybrid work environment.
Drive requirement discovery sessions with business stakeholders to translate complex utilities and oil and gas needs into detailed SAP functional specifications that are feasible scalable and aligned with industry regulations and sustainability goals.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that configured SAP solutions and enhancements follow best practices meet performance expectations and support secure handling of high volume customer and metering data.
