About the role:
As a Developer in the Customer Data Platform (CDP/Data 360) space within the Plasma-Derived Therapies (PDT) business unit, You will design, configure, and support scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions that enable donor and customer analytics, segmentation, and activation across enterprise platforms.

This role is suited for a hands‑on developer/consultant with 4-6 years of experience working in data platforms, Salesforce ecosystems,



and Agile delivery models. You will collaborate closely with architects, senior developers, product owners, QA, and business stakeholders, and contribute to reliable, compliant, and high‑quality CDP implementations in a regulated environment.

This role directly contributes to PDT’s ability to harness enterprise data effectively, enhance decision-making, enable personalization, and strengthen competitive advantage in an ever-changing business/technological landscape This position will align to the External Experience chapter of the ICC and report to the PDT Delivery Lead for strategic direction as well as day-to-day management.
